Last Day for Nominations to stand for election

If you want to stand for election, today (9th April 2026) is the last day to get your nomination in.

The Nominations Process
We will be offering all potential candidates and agents a briefing session before the start of the nomination period.

This year, the nomination period will start at 10am on Tuesday 31 March and end at 4pm on Thursday 9 April, which is the statutory deadline for the submission of nomination papers.
