Planning Application for new Lidl moves a step forward with a screening opinion request

An environmental impact assessment has been submitted ahead of formal design work on the Lidl that would sit alongside the revamped Circle Court.

It looks from the plan as though the Lidl will be sat back on the site with carparking in front of it and an entrance slightly offset from that of the petrol station opposite.
